There is 10 minute grace period, and you can still receive your massage for the remaining time of the appointment. If we have caused the time delay we will honor the full time that has been booked.
Cancellation or resceduling of an appointment less than 24 hours before appointment will result in a 50% of service fee charged to the card on file. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hour before the appointment more than 2 times will result in 100% of service fee charged to card on file.
**Covid-19, illness such as fever, chills, congestion, cough or reasonable life event is the excpetion
I am a licensed healthcare professional, any and all solicitation or innuendos of the sexual nature; i.e. touching the massage therapist, making sexual jokes, or inquiring of sexual favors, will result in the termination of the session and banning of any future services. Depending on severity of the interaction local authorities will be contacted and an official report will be filed.

Due to the nature of Covid-19 and the close setting of massage therapy, we do require masks to be worn during the session. We do our best to keep everyone as safe as possible and we appreciate the cooperation.
